RF-separated beams for Amber- Follow-up Workshop

The BE Experimental Area Group together with the AMBER Collaboration, the EP-SME and SY-RF groups, as well as the CERN TH department jointly organized a workshop following the 6th Amber Physics Workshop on 30th September 2021. The workshop has the support of the Physics Beyond Colliders Study Group.

A follow-up workshop is organised in 2 parts with the following structure:

Wednesday March 23rd 15-17h CET

Discussion of the outcome of the RF-separated beams Workshop of September 2021:

** Presentation and discussion of draft PBC report summarising the outcomes of the RFSB workshop and outlining next steps, based on the notes taken during the workshop’s last session
** Discussion of draft conclusions from the notes/draft paper to reach a(n) agreed-upon conclusion(s)
** with a view to finalize the report and to request resources for follow-up actions (if decided)

** Announcement of a scientific paper on RFSB in preparation Thursday March 24th 15-17h CET Review of Kaon induced DY with improvements in the conventional beamline setup
